Registration, Tuition, and Fees

Registration:
Our school year runs from September through May. Registration for the Fall classes begins the previous February. Children who are currently enrolled in our program and their siblings may reregister for the next year during early February - Registration for parishioners is held the third week of February, and then open to the general public. Classes are filled on a first-come first-serve basis. Registration fees are non-refundable after June 1st. The fees are $95.00 for 5 day programs, $80.00 for the 3 day programs, and $65.00 for the 2 day program. Click the corresponding pages to print out the necessary forms for registration.

Tuition:
The monthly tuition is $190.00 for 5 half days, $160.00 for 3 half days, and $130.00 for 2 half days. Tuition fees are due by the 5th of every month from September through May. A $10.00 late fee will be added after that date. In order for us to maintain our program and materials, we will not be able to prorate a fee if your child is out for any reason. In addition, the tuition fee will be the same each month regardless of the number of school days. There is no reduction in charges for school vacations, snow/ice days, or holidays.

Day Care Fees:
Whereas Preschool Tuition fees are due monthly, day care fees are payable at the end of each week. Any child enrolled in the Day Care Program, whether a regular user or a drop in, must pay an initial Registration Fee of $25.00.
Children who use our Day Care Program on a regular basis weekly pay a rate of $3.00 an hour for any portion thereof, not to exceed $15.00 per day. For example, a morning preschooler enrolled in the extended day program 5 days a week from 8:00A.M. to 4:00P.M. would pay $75.00 per week; 3 days a week from 8:00A.M. to 4:00P.M. the fee would be $45.00.

Drop In Fees:
For those parents needing to avail themselves of the extended day care only occasionally, the fees are as follows:

Registration Fee - $25.00 for the year
Early Morning Drop Off - $3.50 per day
Afternoon Extended Care - $3.50 per hour, or any portion thereof.

Payments:
Payments for tuition and day care can be turned in to the Director or to your child's teacher. Please make checks payable to "Holy Spirit Preschool."

Overtime Charges:
If you know that you are going to be detained, please notify the school immediately so that we can reassure your child and make plans for his/her supervision. There will be an overtime charge of $10.00 per 15 minutes or portion thereof past 12:15P.M., or 4:00P.M. to help compensate the teacher who will be supervising your child after regular school hours.

Withdrawal:
If a child is to withdrawn, the school requires two weeks' notice. There will be no prorated fee for withdrawals.
